  • 1 lb. strawberries
  • 1 C raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a small pot
  2. Simmer on medium, for 10 minutes
  3. Mash berries with a fork
  4. Stir in chia seeds then cool for 30 minutes
  5. ENJOY! This can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Serve with toast or in your favorite baked good recipe as a replacement for any jam! Delicious with crackers and goat cheese as a snack!
