Ingredients:
- 1 lb. strawberries
- 1 C raspberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a small pot
- Simmer on medium, for 10 minutes
- Mash berries with a fork
- Stir in chia seeds then cool for 30 minutes
- ENJOY! This can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Serve with toast or in your favorite baked good recipe as a replacement for any jam! Delicious with crackers and goat cheese as a snack!
