Terri Dietz

Terri Levins Dietz


Terri has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for more than 25 years coaching, educating, inspiring and motivating individuals and companies around the world while, also, competing in sporting and fitness events herself. She has held numerous positions: National Spinning Presenter, Reebok Master Trainer, Exercise Physiologist, Group Exercise Director, Spinning Coordinator Fitness Director and Wellness Director. Currently works with Savvier Fitness as a Master Trainer for Tabata Bootcamp™. As a competitive athlete she has earned many titles. These include: 4x Women’s Individual National Aerobic Gymnastic Champion, 3x World Aerobic Gymnastic Champion Medalist, Female Individual International Champion-Argentina, Female Individual Champion - Hungary, and Female Individual Silver Medalist-Austria. Terri and her trio team took the silver medal at the World Championships in the summer of 2003. Terri came out of retirement in 2010 to finish her journey in Aerobic Gymnastics.

Before retiring from the sport in the summer of 2012, she was able to compete in the US Nationals, as well as represent the USA in Hungary, Japan and Bulgaria. Her final competition was in Las Vegas at the USA Nationals and international competition. This is where she ended her 18 year career with a Silver medal at the USA Nationals. Terri created WYAO Hawaii Corporate Wellness, LLC as a way to partner with companies to provide employee wellness, with the goal of increased productivity, improved moral in the workplace, less sick time usage and eventually reduced health insurance premiums, which in return creates a healthier bottom line for the companies. Terri believes in the power of the human spirit and the ability each one of us possess to make ourselves better.

Kyle Paredes

Enterprise Director

Athlete, Entrepreneur, Innovator. Recognized by the Pacific Business News “Forty Under 40”, as one of Hawaii’s Top Young Business people, 2007, and recognized by the Pacific Century Fellows, as one of Hawaii’s Top Young Business Leaders, 2006. Kyle is the Founder and President of SPORTECH-USA. He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Exercise and Sport Science Program for the University of Hawaii at Kapi’olani, and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Hawaii Pacific University athletic department. Formerly, Kyle served as the General Manager of the Center Club, Inc. and First Hawaiian Bank’s corporate wellness program, and Head Strength & Conditioning Football Coach at St. Louis High School. Kyle received his degree in Exercise Science/Physical Education and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound, and is a member and certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM EP-C). In addition, he is a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist and certified AmPRO Racquetball Instructor. Kyle’s specialty in sports performance training has enabled him to work with amateur, collegiate, and professional athletes from a variety of sports. He is a published author of over 3-dozen health and fitness articles for a variety of newsletters, and presents at seminars and clinics statewide. Kyle serves on a number of boards for organizations that are focused on the greater good of growing culture, social awareness, and health.
Kyle brings his knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead to WYAO Hawaii Corporate Wellness to help companies find the best programing to allow for the greatest success. Living by the motto “Practice what you preach and demonstrate what you teach,” helps Kyle transfer his life as a professional athlete into his life’s profession.

Kamala Skipper

Lead Wellness Coach

Kamala Skipper is a certified Holistic Health Coach, on a mission to empower and support you to achieve your wellness goals and to live your best life. Since graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition four years ago, she has worked with hundreds of people; coaching, educating and supporting them to feel amazing in their bodies and in their lives.
Her health coaching career began early in 2013 at a Sports Physicians practice on the island of Oahu, supporting patients with various health concerns and wellness goals, with the knowledge and implementation of health-promoting lifestyle changes. Before that, Kamala travelled internationally as a competitive bodyboarder and then studied law at the University of Cape Town, earned her Masters in Law degree at the University of Florida and became an attorney, at the largest Human Rights Law Organization in Southern Africa; the Legal Resources Centre.
In 2015, Kamala completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training and fulfilled one of her life-long dreams of becoming a yoga teacher. She is always expanding her skill set and expertise and is currently enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Women’s Health Coach Certification program –the world's first and only NCCHWC accredited health coach certification program specifically for women's health.
This diverse background supports Kamala’s integrative, compassionate and nuanced style of wellness coaching. She loves to apply her research and communication skills to the art and science of nutrition, behaviour change and holistic health, so that she can better serve you to reach your goals and live the life you want.
Her passion for helping others with their wellbeing was fuelled by her own health transformation, which included using food and lifestyle modifications to free herself from migraines, the symptoms of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), digestive distress, limiting beliefs and yo yo dieting.
Kamala believes that Health is Freedom and that living a healthy life that nourishes your whole body, mind and spirit is your birth right.
In addition to offering coaching and yoga through her business, Kamala Wellness Company, Kamala Collaborates with WYAO Hawaii to oversee and deliver effective wellness education. She also presents her Living Well Lectures and Programs at the Halekulani Hotel, group yoga classes at CorePower Yoga and personalized support on using essential oils to enhance your wellbeing.

DR. Paul Anile

Physician Consultant

Following his love for the sciences, Dr. Paul graduated from the University of West Virginia with an undergraduate degree in chemistry and went on to Med School, graduating in 1988. His Internal Medicine residency brought him to Hawaii where he attended the University of Hawaii, John A. Burns School of Medicine, then went on to practice at Kaiser Hospital, Hawaii. In 1991 he moved to Los Angeles to work in Emergency Medicine, transitioning into Occupational and Preventative Medicine. Currently, Dr. Paul is the Medical Director for US Healthworks in the greater LA area.

Carolyn Constatin

Nurse Consultant PhD, RNC

Carolyn has a PhD in nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia where she studied the immune response during pregnancy. Her clinical expertise is in women’s health and she was a labor and delivery nurse for over 20 years. She taught maternal and child health nursing for over 7 years in Boston and now she teaches nursing students here in Hawaii. Her expertise includes genetics, pathophysiology, maternal and child health and complementary and alternative therapies.

One of our state-wide challenges in Hawaii is Diabetes.
